Lunch for Kids and Parents
Healthy Lunches seem to be the hardest for kids when dealing with food sensitivities, your competing with all the cartoon packaged, colourful, fun and popular packaged foods that fill the isles. However, I found that making a homemade version of lunchables seems to be a crowd pleaser with kids and parents. I like to use natural turkey found without nitrates or perservatives , or if you want a change from deli meat, you can also use tuna, or a gluten free pasta salad a seen below, and we replace wheat crackers with rice crackers.
