Bacon and Asparagus:
Wash your asparagus and rinse off your bacon. Then take two or three sticks of asparagus depending on their size and use two to three pieces of bacon to wrap around your asparagus. Place each bundle in a glass or ceramic dish and cook on 425 Celcius for about 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is cooked through and has a nice brown colour. The longer the cook time, the softer your asparagus will be.
Tomato and Feta:
We love goat cheese and when you pair it with tomato and garnish with basil, it adds a fresh taste to any dish. Slice a few pieces of feta from the block of cheese, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add to the top of the feta and garnish with basil. And that's it you are done!
Now, you can slice up your chicken breast and add the two side dishes to your plate and voila you have an easy yet beautiful and healthy dish for you and your family!
